HAM AND CHEESE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen peas
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced onion, fresh
4 c. cooked ham, cut up
1 c. chopped celery

Prepare peas per label directions; drain and cool. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, onion, and salt; mix well. Add peas, ham, cheese, onion. Toss until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate. Spoon salad onto lettuce leaves.
