HAM, PEA, AND CHEESE SALAD 
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. rice
1 sm. box frozen peas
1 tbsp. onion
1 c. slivered Swiss cheese
1 c. ham
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Boil water, salt, rice, and peas 12 to 15 minutes. Do not cover. Stir often. Cool. Mix remainder of ingredients with above and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
