YUMMY WAFFLES 
DRY INGREDIENTS:

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder

WET INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. salad oil

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Melt butter; add oil; mix together and set aside. With a wire whisk (or mixer) beat eggs for 1 minutes, at high speed. Add milk to the eggs. Beat. Add flour mixture to the egg mixture. Stir or beat until blended. Stir in oil and melted butter. Follow waffle iron directions for cooking the waffles. Enjoy!
