2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Powdered sugar
Funnel

Mix milk and beaten eggs. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour milk mixture into flour. Test to see if it flows easily through funnel. If too thin, add flour.

Heat Crisco in iron skillet or pan. Pour batter through funnel into hot grease. Spiral and other shapes can be made by manipulation of funnel. When golden brown, remove; drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Good with ice cream or sausage and syrup.
