3 tbsp honey
2 1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Mix honey, sugar, and milk together. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into honey mixture. Pour into two well greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch bread pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hr. or until done.
