FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 c. well drained fruit cocktail
1/2 c. mixed nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar

Sift together flour, soda, sugar and salt. Add egg and fruit cocktail. Put into a buttered 8"x8" pan lined with mixed nuts and brown sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
