TAPIOCA FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
4 tbsp. minute tapioca
2 1/2 c. fruit juice and water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. drained fruit cocktail
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine tapioca, fruit juice and water, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Mix and bring quickly to a boil over direct heat, stirring constantly. Remove from fire. Mixture will be thin. Add fruit and lemon juice and cool. All measurements are level. Serves 6 to 8.
