HANUS BAY HALIBUT 
Everytime I serve this I am asked for the recipe.

2 lb. halibut, cut into large cubes
2 cans marinated artichokes, drained
2 cans button mushrooms, drained

Place cubed halibut in baking dish. Add artichokes and mushrooms. Set aside. Prepare sauce.

CHEESE SAUCE:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups milk
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbsp. Accent (MSG - optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tbsp. hot sauce
8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Melt butter, add flour and gradually stir in milk and wine. Add Accent, salt, hot sauce and cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is thick.

Pour over fish in baking dish and bake at 350°F, uncovered, for 50 minutes.
