CARAMEL-ORANGE BISCUIT RING 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. orange peel
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. raisins
1 can biscuits
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Combine butter, juice, orange peel and sugar in 8-inch round glass dish. Microwave 3 to 3-1/2 minutes or until bubbly and slightly thickened, stirring once or twice. Sprinkle with raisins.

Separate biscuits; arrange in a ring around edge, turning to coat with sauce. Biscuits will overlap. Cover with a paper towel and cook 2-1/2 to 3 minutes or until biscuits are no longer doughy. Invert on a plate. Serve warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
