1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped Heath bars
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine flour, soda, and salt. Set aside. Cream butter and add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy and stir in dry ingredients. Blend in chopped candy and pecans. Drop 2 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Remove and cool.

Makes approximately 3 dozen.
