CRUSTED SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir until well mixed. Pour into greased casserole. Combine brown sugar and flour, blend well. Stir in 1/3 cup melted butter and nuts. Spread evenly over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes uncovered until brown.
