CRUSTED SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine the first five ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Turn into greased casserole. In a bowl, combine 1 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup flour. Blend well. Stir in 1 cup melted butter and 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour evenly over above mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until brown. Serves 6.
