CHICKEN, BEEF OR SHRIMP FAJITAS 
Approx. 5 oz. per serving of beef, chicken or shrimp
1 c. sliced green peppers
1 c. sliced red peppers
Sliced onions

MARINADE:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Pinch salt
1 tbsp. pepper

Saute vegetables in approximately 2 tbsp. oil. Add meat with marinade and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Serve with diced tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, shredded lettuce, shredded Cheddar cheese and flour tortillas. To assemble: Put meat and vegetables and your choice of toppings in the flour tortilla -- Roll-up.
