1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef and onion until brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread on the bottom of a 9 inch greased pie plate. sprinkle cheese over beef. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes.
