1 lb. ground beef or venison
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 tsp. ea. salt and pepper
3 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 to 2 cups grated cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes

Preheat oven 350°F. Brown meat and onions together - drain grease.

In a separate mixing bowl blend together Bisquick, milk, salt & pepper, eggs, Worcestershire sauce & garlic powder. Place meat in a baking dish (this could be a glass casserole dish or a cake pan). Pour other ingredients over meat and onions.

Bake at 350°F for about 25 to 35 minutes, then top with cheese and tomatoes. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is done.

To tell if your recipe is done, stick a fork or a toothpick down through the center, if it comes out clean then its ready to enjoy!!!
