FRIED RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
4 tbsp. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 lb. pork, shrimp, ham or lobster (cooked)
Onions to taste
Mushrooms to taste
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Green pepper to taste

Heat oil and fry eggs until firm. Cut eggs into very thin shreds (remove pan from heat while doing this). Return pan to heat, add salt, pepper, meat, onion and mushrooms. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Add rice, soy sauce and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes stirring almost constantly.
