EGG FRIED RICE 
7 eggs
Salt
3 tbsp. oil
4 c. cooked cold rice
1/2 c. finely diced cooked ham
3 tbsp. cooked green peas
1/4 c. shredded white part of green onions

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, heat oil in electric skillet, add eggs and cook 1 minute. Add rice and fry well, mixing with eggs. Add remaining ingredients and salt to taste, mixing well until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
