1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Cream together cream cheese, butter and confectioners' sugar. Add vanilla. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix both puddings and milk. Fold in entire tub of Cool Whip. Fold in cream cheese mixture. Mix well.

Spread mixture in 13x9-inch pan. Sprinkle crushed Oreos crumbs over top.

Chill in refrigerator before serving.
