1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened
3 eggs
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pat down the box cake mix in a floured (9 x 13 inch) pan; set aside. Mix and beat the other ingredients until well mixed and pour over the cake mix. Sprinkle with coconut and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. The cake will rise and then fall in the middle which is the way it is suppose to be.
