BEEF BARBECUE 
2 lbs. beef, cubed
1 med. pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
3 stalks or ribs of celery, chopped
1 (18 oz.) bottle of Open Pit barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper

Cook meat in about 3 cups of water until tender. Combine balance of ingredients with meat and broth. Simmer for 1 hour or until thick.
