BARBECUE RIBS 
4 lbs. ribs (beef or pork)
1 med. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery

Flour ribs, then brown in oil. When brown, add rest of ingredients and boil about 3 hours or until tender. More water may be added, if needed.
