BARBECUED SHORT RIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. beef short ribs cut up

Brown in fat. Add:

Brown together then add: 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. catsup 1/2 c. water 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 c. chopped celery Salt and pepper

Cover and simmer slowly or bake covered until meat is done. Thicken with flour.
