BARBECUED SHORT RIBS 
3 lbs. beef short ribs
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tsp. salt

Brown ribs and onions in hot oil. Place in covered pan or in slow cooker and cook slowly for several hours.
