Mix together:

1 box of loaf cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water

Pour this mixture into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan.

Then mix together:

3 c. Ricotta
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until creamy. Pour Ricotta mixture gently over the top of cake mixture with large spoon. (Mixture goes to bottom.)

Bake at 360°F for 45 minutes to an hour.
