BAR-B-Q SWORDFISH STEAKS 
MARINADE:

1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix well. Allow one steak per person. Baste steak with marinade and put basted side down on grill. Keep basting while grilling. Before turning, baste top side with marinade. Cook for about 5 minutes on a side or until fish flakes with a fork.
