BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut into sm. pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 stick butter
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Brown onions in butter. Then remove from pot (Dutch oven). Brown meat, return onions to pot. Add mushrooms, tomato soup, sour cream, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Cover. Simmer 1 hour. Serve over rice.
