GREEK MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, cubed
1 bunch green onions, sliced
3 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar

Combine mushrooms, cheese, and green onions; mix remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour over mushrooms just before serving. Serves 6.
