1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. peeled shredded cucumbers, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. salad dressing

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water and vinegar. Chill until partially set.

Combine onion, cucumbers and salt. Mix well and drain. Beat gelatin until fluffy; fold in cucumbers and salad dressing. Pour into mold or bowl; set. Chill and unmold. Makes 8 servings (recipe may be doubled).
