“GROUND BEEF GYROS” IS IN:

GROUND BEEF GYROS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
2-4 Naan flatbreads or pita breads (depending on how big you want your gyros!)
1 medium red or white onion, chopped (optional)
1 (6 oz.) container Athenos Feta cheese crumbles
Tzatziki Sauce. to taste (homemade or store-bought)

In a large bowl, gently combine beef, garlic, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 1/2-inch thick patties. Broil for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.

Warm Naan breads or pitas in microwave. Slice meat thinly and serve on bread of choice with chopped onion, Feta cheese crumbles, and Tzatziki sauce.

Serves 2 to 4.
