FRESH PEACH CRISP 
8 to 10 fresh ripe peaches
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and slice peaches and place in lightly buttered 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Sift flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon into bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.

Sprinkle mixture over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees 40-50 minutes until top is golden brown and peaches are tender.
