GIANT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. coconut
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, vanilla and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and oil. Add oats, corn flake crumbs, coconut and nuts stirring well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and form into ball with ice cream scoop. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with water-dipped fork. Bake 12 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool before removing from cookie sheet. Approximately 4 dozen cookies.
