EGG SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 lb. sharp grated cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
6 bread slices, cubed, without crust

Mix in large mixing bowl, pour into casserole dish and let set overnight. Cook covered 30 minutes, uncovered 10 minutes. Serve with chopped green chilies.
