EGG SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
6 eggs, beaten 6 slices of bread, cubed 2 c. milk 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 lb. pork sausage, fried and drained In a three-quart casserole dish mix all ingredients. Let chill 12 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and puffy. An inserted knife will come out clean. |
