SAUSAGE, EGGS AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
Brown 1 pound bulk sausage, drain fat. Line bottom of well greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with bread slices. Spread 8 ounce Monterey Jack cheese over bread. Spread browned sausage over cheese.

Beat together:

4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) can condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Pour over sausage and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
