SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
seasoned croutons
1 lb. mild or spicy sausage
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

In a greased 9 x 13 pan, place croutons. Brown and drain sausage; pour evenly over croutons in the pan. Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper and pour over mixture in baking dish. Top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes, uncovered, until top begins to brown.

Casserole can be prepared 24 hours in advance and refrigerated.
