EGG, SAUSAGE & CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
6 eggs 2 c. milk 5-7 slices bread (preferably wheat), cubed 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 lb. sausage 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated Brown sausage. Pour off extra grease. Beat eggs with milk and add the remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 10 inch baking dish. This will not rise as high as a souffle. Chill in baking dish at least 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
