BULGAR HONEY BREAD 
1 1/2 c. bulgar
4 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. honey
1/4 c. oil
3 pkgs. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
9 3/4 c. flour

Combine bulgar and boiling water and let cool. Soften yeast in warm water, mix all ingredients except flour. Add about half of the flour and add more as needed to make a soft elastic dough. Knead well and let rise until double. Form into loaves, let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
