1/4 c.melted butter
1/2 c. warm honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
Sprinkle white pepper
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. chicken

Mix all ingredients (except chicken) and stir until smooth. Dip chicken in mixture until coated. Place in oven proof pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until done, basting once or twice during baking time.
