ETHIOPIAN HONEY LOAF BREAD | |
1 tbsp. yeast 1/4 c. warm water 1 beaten egg 1/2 c. honey 1 tbsp. coriander 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. lukewarm milk 4 tbsp. melted butter 2 c. white flour 2 c. whole wheat flour Soften yeast in warm water. Add remaining ingredients. Knead; let rise twice (about 1 hour each time). Shape into loaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. |
