VERY EASY IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate. Beat all ingredients together until smooth for 1 minute in blender or 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour into prepared plate.

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
