VEGETABLE 
1 lb. string beans (fresh)
1/4 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash's original blend seasoning

Cut the ends off the beans. Wash and steam them in a pot in a little water until they are tender, but still crunchy. In a small skillet, melt butter, and saute garlic. Add spices, pour over beans and serve. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
