LAMB STEW 
1 tbsp. butter or oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. wheat
1 c. chick peas
2 onions, peeled, minced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 bunch coriander leaves and stems, finely diced
2 lbs. lamb, cut into sm. pieces
12-16 c. water
3 tomatoes, peeled, finely cut

Melt butter; add salt, pepper, wheat, chick peas, onions, garlic, half of the bunch of coriander, and lamb in a stock pot. Saute until onions turn yellow, stirring all the time.

Add water and bring to a boil. Add tomatoes. When lamb is cooked, add the second half of the bunch of coriander leaves, minced.
