STEW - LAMB, BEEF OR VEAL 
1 lb. stew meat
4 carrots
3 potatoes
2 onions
1 can cream of celery soup

Put meat on bottom of a 2 quart casserole. Layer prepared vegetables over the meat; pour the celery soup over all. Bake at 300 degrees for 3-4 hours.
