CHEESE AND PINTO BEAN SALAD 
1 c. diced cheese
1 1/8 c. pinto beans, drained well
1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
Salt to taste
1 1/2 hard boiled eggs, diced

Mix all above lightly.

DRESSING: :

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. sweet pickle juice

Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over bean mixture. Toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve over lettuce.
