GREEN BEAN-RED ONION AND BLEU
CHEESE SALAD
 
2 (10 oz. each) pkgs. frozen cut green beans
1 med. red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
2 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. prepared Italian salad dressing

Bring 1 quart water to a boil in medium saucepan. Add beans and cook until just tender - about 2 minutes. Drain well. Transfer to a large bowl. Mix in onions, olives and cheese. Stir in dressing and toss thoroughly.
