LOW FAT GRILLED TURKEY BREAST 
1 lb. turkey breast
Lite soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning

In dish, place turkey breast whole or cut into sections, liberally apply Lite soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with seasoning, turning meat to completely season. Cover and marinate for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from dish and grill for 15 to 20 minutes turning occasionally until done. This is great with mixed veggies and buttered noodles.
