LOW - FAT GROUND TURKEY AND
CABBAGE
 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes

In a large skillet brown turkey and cabbage. Add pepper, soup, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Use low sodium salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat for at least 1 hour. Stir occasionally. (Can be put in the crockpot on low.)

This recipe is very flavorful, low-fat, low-cholesterol. Brought some to my neighbor and she loved it. I added one chopped onion and used white ground turkey. Serves quite a few too.
