ITALIAN SALAD 
1 head of cauliflower
1 lb. bunch broccoli
1 lg. onion, diced
1 bunch celery
1 box frozen peas
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
1 lg. ca ripe pitted olives, drained
1 lg. can stems and pieces mushrooms
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
2 tbsp. garlic salt to taste

Cut cauliflower and broccoli in flowerettes and slice tops. (Can use frozen broccoli.) Cut cherry tomatoes and pitted olives in half. Toss salad together and marinate overnight.
