ITALIAN VEGGIE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 broccoli, equal to cauliflower, stem and all
Fresh or can mushrooms
1 c. chopped onions
1 can black olives, chopped
3 tomatoes, cut up
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Italian seasoning
No cholesterol oil

Clean and prepare vegetables in bowl with good seal. Toss in seasoning and oil. Marinate overnight, tossing occasionally.
