MARINATED VEGGIE SALAD | |
1 (16 oz.) can white corn 1 (16 oz.) can peas 1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. chopped celery 1 sm. jar chopped pimento Drain all vegetables. Cut pieces about 1/2 inch and place in large bowl, set aside. 3/4 c. white vinegar 1/2 c. oil 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. water Bring to full boil. Take off stove, cool. Pour over vegetables, mix well. Put in refrigerator at least 15 hours, covered. Will keep for approximately 1 week in refrigerator. |
